We believe that the Bible models an example of plural governing leadership, which is expressed through the proper appointment and functioning of Elders. Therefore we place a high emphasis on having an eldership team, and also on the examination of an Elder's life prior to appointment and whilst he serves (see 1 Timothy chapter 3 and Titus chapter 1).
Our Elders seek to mutually submit to and serve one another, as well as the whole church. Our Elders at present are Robin Vincent, Paul Norris and Mozz Baker. Assisting the Elders in the extended leadership of Gracechurch are a host of people with differing functions and responsibilities.
